HISTORY - SIMA

Thus arose the SIMA, when Elio Patriarca at the end of the 70 years, after years of experience as a mechanic employed by third parties, had the courage to open with great sacrifice their own business, taking the opportunity of the moment of great ferment in which it was the Italian economy. He called the company with the name of SIMA, which in Italian is the short name of “Italian Agricultural machinery Company”. With the expansion of the warehouse, also the other brothers became part of this small company and they passed to build mulchers, with moderate success, and in the wake of these were added the construction of rotary tillers, log splitters ... and in the 80 years always with greater success also the construction of compressors for the olive harvest.

Today Elio Patriarca and his sons continued to believe in the activity undertaken and continue to thrive more and better than before with a great brand-new warehouse, in order to improve the already high quality of the products which are known and appreciated across the middle and South of Italy. The products are built in full compliance with EU regulations and above all carefully tended by a young dynamic team. A special thanks to all those who in various ways have contributed to the growth of this great little company.
